The Kumeyaay Publishing Department was born in the ancestral heartland of the Kumeyaay Nation — San Diego County — and raised in the minds of hard working individuals whose commitments to the Kumeyaay-Diegueño peoples are a matter of record that span centuries.

As surely as the 20th Century automobile replaced the horse, the 21st Century computer has revolutionized the way we create and share information. And with millions of people around the world having the ability to take pictures and publish websites with little or no training, we regularly surf the internet for interesting content.

As a result, how many times a day do we instantly click off crappy web pages, and what causes us to seek out information and actually stop on it?
