KUMIAI Vaquerita at the Fiesta!

Kumeyaay Armando Melendrez takes a picture with his young daughter, Chely -- a vaquerita (young Kumiai cowgirl) -- during the festival. His daughter is wearing a bright red cowboy hat and is looking all too cute for the photo at the cultural fiesta.
