Manuela Aguiar lives on the top of a mountain in the Indigenous Community of Santa Catarina, Baja California Mexico. Manuela is well know for her Native American doll making.

California Indigenous Native American dolls were originally made of clay, plant fibers or hides. After European contact cloth was obtained in trade and became widely used.
