Participants tribal people may include the Diegueno Diegueño Kumeyaay Kumiai, Mohave, Quechan, Cocopah Cucapa, Cahuilla, Pai Pai Paipai, Ipai Tipai, Hualapai, Kiliwa, Havasupai, Maricopa, Yavapai, Luiseño Luiseno, Juaneño Juaneno, Serrano, Chemehuevi, Gabrielino and Cahuilla aboriginal Indians of North America.
