YUMAN BIRD DANCING

Young Native American cultural bird dancers and bird singers are dancing and playing painted gourd rattles to a host of adult Yuman birdsingers at the Sycuan gathering, September 10, 2005, on the Sycuan Indian Reservation pow-wow arena. The girls are wearing ribbon dresses with shawls, and the boys are wearing ribbon shirts and pow-wow logo T-shirts.
