TERESA AGUIAR Kumeyaay Paipai Traditional Artist

Teresa Aguiar lives on the top of a mountain in the Indigenous Community of Santa Catarina, Baja California Mexico. Teresa, the Aguiar family, is well know for their Native American pottery, basket weaving, doll making, medicinal plant and traditional knowledge, and oral storytelling history.

Teresa is the sister of Manuela Aguiar who lives a few feet away to the right in large ranch house.
